Prices are per room and include buffet breakfast.
Prices are per night and are quoted in US dollars and CLP.
Foreigners do not pay IVA provided that at check-in they present their passports and inmigration card issued by the PDI when entering the country.

Cancellation policies:
During the month of January reservations can be cancelled up to 15 days before arrival. If the reservation is cancelled within 15 days from the date of arrival, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the value of the reservation.
During the month of February, Easter, winter holidays, Fiestas Patrias, Christmas and long weekends, reservations can be cancelled up to 30 days before arrival. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days from the date of arrival, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 25% of the value of the reservation.
The remainder of the season reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days before arrival, if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, or the passenger does not show up, the Hotel reserves the right to charge for 100% of the reservation.
