Terms and conditions of reservation

• 60 days or more days prior to the arrival date – NO charge
• 59 – 30 days prior to the arrival date – 10% of total value of reservation
• 29-15 days prior to the arrival date –50% of total value of reservation
• 14 -0 days prior to arrival date – 100% of total value of reservation

If the passenger is no-show 100% of the value of the reservation will be charged

Check in:  14.00 hrs. Check out 11.00 hrs

• All our rooms are non-smoking
• The majority of our beds are Rosen Hotel Line
• We use 300 thread cotton linen and 550gr cotton towels
