VAT Policy

Domestic or foreign passengers resident in Chile are subject to 19% VAT. This amount is included in the prices quoted in Chilean pesos.

Passengers residing abroad do not pay VAT on the condition of the corresponding presentation of their passport and current immigration card issued by the PDI upon entering the country.

Terms and conditions of reservation

60 days or more days prior to the arrival date – NO charge
59 – 30 days prior to the arrival date – 10% of total value of reservation
29-15 days prior to the arrival date –50% of total value of reservation
14 -0 days prior to arrival date – 100% of total value of reservation

If the passenger is no-show 100% of the value of the reservation will be charged.

All our rooms are non-smoking
The majority of our beds are Rosen Hotel Line
We use 300 thread cotton linen and 550gr cotton towels
